Diary tasks and other insolvency events are automatically Emailed to users

When case diary tasks fall due automatic emails are sent to selected case staff. Tasks are also escalated to a higher staff member or review if not completed on time.

Email notifications can further be triggered by appointment anniversary dates and file notes added to the case.
